Residential Construction

South Anchorage siding job. 

Deck Renovation

Renovation of ground and upper decks of several dwellings of condominium compound.

Anchorage - Keuka house

Complete remodel including roofing, flooring, decks, interior sheetrock, painting, new baths, new kitchen, plumbing, electric, and mechanical work.

St Marys - Duplex units

Building upgrades including shoring up the foundation, sealing gaps in the insulation on the underside, reinsulating the plumbing box and arctic piping, installation of skirting, upgrading the interior wall coverings, insulation of attic spaces.

Mold Remediation

On this project we discovered a lot of mold that was hiding behind sheetrock in the downstairs of an occupied house.  SMNC Properties physically removed the mold from the property using mechanical methods and being careful not to spread the spores throughout the rest of the house.
